IT support
Most IT support contacts cover normal business hours from 9am-5:30pm. MIS can easily customize your contract to include out of hours support.
The vast majority of IT issues can be handled remotely, however sometimes there is a need to be on site. When that need need arises, MIS will dispatch technicians to your site to handle those issues.
Customers can reach our Help Desk between 8am and 6pm - Mon to fri and receive help from a live technician. Response times to specific issues depend on the severity of the issue the client is facing. Our goal is to meet your business needs by maximizing uptime and addressing issues as soon as they occur.
MIS will develop IT security policies for your specific business. In addition, MIS can do CyberSecurity testing, employee training, and even reviews.
Value added products
Vaps or (Value Added Products) are simply additional services offered by MIS. They allow our clients to have one provider for all their separate systems, eg. emails, web management, Office 365.
Vaps are independent to any IT contracts you may have and can be amended at anytime to increase, decrease, or cancel the services as required. You will only be charged for the time they are active.
As Vaps are individual products there is no limit to how many vaps you can have and can mix and match as required. Vaps can also be added at any time- for example, a client may have 0365 and in the future decide to also implement voip as a service with no issues.
